Buckbeak Hippogriff Mask

This was a commission by a friend. They wanted a mask of Buckbeak from the Harry Potter series.

I guess without knowing the context of the piece, it looks like a regular bird mask... but oh well, as long my friend knows

Made out of 8oz tooling leather and painted with acrylics.

P.S. Making this has stirred a fear of feathers for me now @@
